• Deposit contains a high proportion of hard primary chromium carbides in a tough austenitic matrix
• The deposit is nonon-machineable
• Typical applications include catalyst pipes and valves, slurry pipes and valve bodies, sand dredge parts, mining and earth moving components, scraper plates and shredders - just to mention a few!
• Hardness: 55-60 HRC (single layer)
• Welding Positions: Flat, Half Down, Half Up
