Key Features:

• Designed to deposit long lasting, wear resistant overlays on all ferrous metals where high impact and abrasion resistance is required
• Provides a Rockwell hardness of 54-57
• Ideal electrode for earth moving equipment, scraper blades, buckets and farm implements
• Grindable electrodes
• Machineable with carbide tooling only
• In the case of multi-layer build-up welding or hardenable steel welding,underlay with low hydrogen type electrode (E7016 or E8016) - 2 layers (ideal), 3 layers (maximum)
• Electrodes are vacuum packed in foil, inside a strong and reusable plastic pack. 10kg cartons are supplied as 10x 1kg packs inside a cardboard outer carton
• Packaging is designed to prevent wasteage on site. Use 1kg at a time and your electrodes will remain dry and fresh every time
• 3.2mm and 4.0mm operating current: 90-130Amps (AC or DC+)
