Key Features

• Ceramic on self-adhesive aluminium tape with half-circle groove
• Ceramic backing groove is 9.5mm wide by 1.6mm deep
• Used for Mig welding with solid wires and metal cored wires
• Also used for Tig welding
• Cored wires can also be used but smaller root reinforcement is produced
• Slightly smaller groove where more penetration is required than with the 1G42-R
• Each tile is radiused at each end to allow strips of these tiles to be put around the inside or the outside of pipes and vessels
• 12M per box
